What are some of my responsibilities before using any E-Payment?

Here are some responsibilities you should take note of:

• Make sure your email address and phone numbers are correct and up to date with GXS Bank

• Protect your login credentials (Any person who has access to your phone via Face ID/Touch ID/GXS passcode can see your account details and make transactions)

• Enable and read all notifications from us

• Once you've noticed an unauthorised transaction, please report it immediately to us at:
