What are the available crediting methods when I wish to sell my investments?

Currently, you can only receive the redemption proceeds into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account. Simply follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the GXS Bank app and proceed to the GXS Invest home screen.
2. On the ‘Sell Order’ page, select GXS Savings Account Main Account as your crediting method.
3. Key in a Sell amount. Do ensure the amount does not exceed your ‘Available Amount’*.
4. Review your order details in the order summary page.
5. Acknowledge that you have read the Invest Account Terms, Fund Documents as well as Risk Disclosures.
6. Tap on ‘Sell’ to proceed with the redemption.

*Available amount is the amount you can redeem, excluding any pending Sell order(s). If you have recently made any Buy order(s), that amount can only be redeemed after 2 business days from the day of purchase.
