My Sell order has been completed but the monies have not yet been credited to my account. Why is this so?
We were unable to credit the monies to your GXS Savings Account as you may have exceeded the maximum deposit amount in your GXS Savings Account. To receive your redemption proceeds, you will need to reduce the balance in your GXS Savings Account first.
Follow these simple steps to find out the maximum balance amount for your GXS Savings Account:

Tap on the 3 dots next to your ‘GXS Savings Account.

Followed by ‘View balance info’.
For example, if your maximum balance amount is S$95,000, and you already have S$94,500 in your account. Then the sale proceeds attempting to be credited to your account is $800, this will bring your balance up to S$95,300.
To receive your redemption proceeds, you will need to reduce the balance in your GXS Savings Account first.
