What should I do if a merchant has charged me multiple times on my GXS FlexiCard for a wrong amount, or goods not received, or services not rendered?

You can raise a dispute for the transaction via the GXS Bank app. Here's how:

  1. Log in to the GXS Bank app.
  2. On the GXS FlexiCard homescreen, tap on 'Manage'.
  3. Tap on 'Get more help' and select 'Raising a card dispute'.
  4. Fill in the form and provide any details or documents to support the investigation.
