My physical GXS FlexiCard was lost/stolen. What should I do?

You can temporarily stop the usage of your GXS FlexiCard by freezing it. If you'd like to use your card again, simply unfreeze it.

To freeze/unfreeze your GXS FlexiCard:

  1. On the GXS Bank app FlexiCard homescreen, tap on 'Freeze' or 'Unfreeze'.
  2. Confirm the Freeze or Unfreeze request.

If you're certain that you have lost your GXS FlexiCard, please cancel your card immediately.

To cancel your GXS FlexiCard:

  1. On the GXS FlexiCard homescreen, tap on 'Manage'.
  2. Select 'Cancel card'.
  3. Select 'Cancel' again to confirm.
