My physical GXS FlexiCard was lost/stolen. What should I do?
You can temporarily stop the usage of your GXS FlexiCard by freezing it. If you'd like to use your card again, simply unfreeze it.
To freeze/unfreeze your GXS FlexiCard:
- On the GXS Bank app FlexiCard homescreen, tap on 'Freeze' or 'Unfreeze'.
- Confirm the Freeze or Unfreeze request.
If you're certain that you have lost your GXS FlexiCard, please cancel your card immediately.
To cancel your GXS FlexiCard:
- On the GXS FlexiCard homescreen, tap on 'Manage'.
- Select 'Cancel card'.
- Select 'Cancel' again to confirm.
