How do I unlink my bank account for GXS FlexiCard payment?

You can unlink a third-party bank account which was previously linked to your GXS Savings Account or GXS FlexiCard, through the GXS Bank app. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the GXS Bank app.
2. Tap on ‘Me’ at the bottom right to access your user profile.
3. Select the account that you'd like to unlink.
4. Tap on ‘Unlink’ at the bottom of the screen.
5. Complete the unlinking process on your linked bank’s portal/web page.
