How do I link my bank account to make a GXS FlexiCard payment?

If you already have a linked bank account to your GXS Savings Account, it will be available for GXS FlexiCard payments as well.

To link an external bank account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the GXS Bank app.
2. Go to the GXS FlexiCard payment screen.
3. Tap on ‘Link bank account’.
4. Select your preferred bank, confirm your selection in the ‘Review’ screen, and tap ‘Next’.
5. Complete the set up on your selected bank’s portal/web page.
