How do I change the accessibility settings for third-party apps that I have downloaded on my device?

Accessibility settings is currently available on Android devices. The steps to change accessibility settings for third-party apps differ for different phone models.

Generally, the steps are as follows:

  1. Tap on your device’s setting app
  2. Scroll down and select ‘accessibility’
  3. Scroll until you find the accessibility service or feature you need to disable
  4. Tap the toggle switch to turn off the feature


Via Home Screen shortcut

  1. Press and hold on an empty spot on your home screen
  2. Tap on the ‘widgets’ icon
  3. Swipe through the widgets until you reach the ‘settings shortcut’ widget
  4. Drag and drop the widget onto your home screen
  5. Choose 'accessibility’ from the setting options
  6. Tap on the feature you need to disable. Tap the toggle switch to turn off the feature
