September Save and Invest Campaign
What is the September Save and Invest Campaign, and do I need to give my Boost Pocket a specific name to participate?
The campaign is named the September Save and Invest Campaign, and you must open a new 4 month Boost Pocket named either Boost4 or BOOST4 to participate.
• Existing pockets that are renamed to Boost4 or BOOST4 are strictly ineligible.
• The pocket must be a newly opened Boost Pocket.
What is the Campaign Period, and is there a limit on how many customers can receive the reward?
The Campaign Period runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive, and the reward is limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
You are eligible to participate if you maintain both an active GXS Savings Account and GXS Invest account during the Campaign Period. Customers who previously held and closed either a GXS Savings Account or GXS Invest account are strictly ineligible to participate with newly opened accounts.
Are there any exclusions that would make me ineligible for this campaign?
You are ineligible if you previously held and closed a GXS Savings Account or GXS Invest account.
• Renaming an existing Boost Pocket instead of opening a new one is excluded from the campaign.
• Investment transactions in the Fullerton SGD Cash Fund, also known as GXS Invest Cash Plus, are excluded and do not count towards the investment requirements.
What do I need to do to qualify for the campaign cashback reward?
You must fulfil both the Save Requirement and the Invest Requirement for either Tier 1 or Tier 2 during the Campaign Period to qualify for the cashback. Both requirements must be fully met within the specified timeframes.
• For Tier 1, you must invest a minimum of S$5,000 in eligible funds and deposit a minimum of S$5,000 of fresh funds into a new Boost4 pocket.
• For Tier 2, you must invest a minimum of S$10,000 in eligible funds and deposit a minimum of S$5,000 of fresh funds into a new Boost4 pocket.
What transactions qualify as valid deposit and investment actions under this campaign?
Valid transactions are deposits of fresh funds into a newly opened Boost4 pocket and completed buy orders in eligible investment funds.
• Deposit actions require a minimum of S$5,000 in fresh funds placed into the Boost4 pocket.
• Investment actions require buy orders placed and completed before the relevant cut-off time on 30 September 2026.
• Investments made using sale proceeds from any eligible fund holdings held as of 31 August 2026 are excluded.
Is there a holding period for my savings and investment funds?
Yes, you must hold your savings in the Boost4 pocket until maturity and your investments through 31 January 2027.
• The Boost4 pocket has a tenure of four months and must be held until it matures.
• The eligible investment funds must be held during the Investment Holding Period from 30 September 2026 to 31 January 2027, during which you must not make any withdrawals or sell orders, whether completed or in progress.
How is my campaign cashback reward calculated?
Your reward is calculated as campaign bonus interest based on your Boost4 deposit balance up to the maximum cap of your qualifying tier and paid as cashback.
• Tier 1 customers earn 1.6% p.a. Campaign Bonus Interest on up to S$20,000 in deposits, yielding up to S$107 in cashback.
• Tier 2 customers earn 1.8% p.a. Campaign Bonus Interest on up to S$50,000 in deposits, yielding up to S$300 in cashback.
For Example:
If you qualify for Tier 2 by investing S$10,000 in eligible funds and depositing S$40,000 of fresh funds into your Boost4 pocket, your cashback is calculated as S$40,000 multiplied by 1.8% per year for the four-month tenure, which amounts to S$240. (S$40,000 x 0.018 x 4/12 = 240)
• If you deposit S$50,000 or more under Tier 2, your cashback will hit the maximum cap of S$300.
• These bonus rates are on top of the base Boost Pocket interest rate of 1.4% p.a.
When and how will I receive my cashback reward?
Your reward will be paid as cashback and credited directly to your GXS Savings Account on or before 28 February 2027.
• The cashback will be issued in a single, full transaction.
• Your GXS Savings Account and GXS Invest account must remain active and in good standing from the start of the campaign until the reward is credited.
Under what conditions will my cashback reward be forfeited or recovered?
Your cashback will be forfeited if you close your accounts, make early withdrawals, exceed your savings balance cap, or fail to meet any campaign criteria, and the bank may claw back already-credited rewards if violations are found.
• Account closure, premature pocket closure, or selling investments before 31 January 2027 will forfeit your reward.
• If your GXS Savings Account is at its maximum balance cap, or if the credit causes it to exceed the cap, the cashback is forfeited in full.
What are "Fresh Funds" and how are they measured for this campaign?
Fresh Funds are new deposits into GXS Bank that do not come from your existing GXS Savings Account.
• They are measured as the net increase in your total combined GXS Savings Account balance (Main Account, all Saving Pockets, and all Boost Pockets) compared to your total balance on 31 August 2026.
• Internal transfers between your own GXS pockets or accounts do not count as Fresh Funds.
What happens if my account hits its maximum balance limit when the reward is credited?
If your GXS Savings Account reaches its maximum balance cap or if the reward would cause it to exceed that cap, your entire cashback will be forfeited.
• The cashback must be credited as a single transaction in full, and partial payments are not supported.
• To avoid forfeiture, you must ensure your GXS Savings Account balance is low enough to accommodate the full cashback on the crediting date.
How can I find out if I am among the first customers to qualify for the cashback reward?
The final list of qualifying customers cannot be determined or confirmed until after the holding period ends on 31 January 2027.
• Since you must maintain your balances through January, the first-come, first-served allocation cannot be finalised prior to that date.
• Maintaining your deposits and investments in place through the holding period ensures you remain on track to receive the cashback while stocks last.
Which GXS Invest funds are eligible for this campaign, and are there any that are excluded?
The eligible funds are GXS Invest Bond, GXS Invest Growth, GXS Invest Diversified, and GXS Invest Gold.
• The Fullerton SGD Cash Fund, also known as GXS Invest Cash Plus, is strictly excluded and transactions in it do not qualify for this campaign.
• You may distribute your investment across one or more of these four eligible funds to meet the minimum amount.
Are my savings in the Boost Pocket and my GXS Invest holdings insured or guaranteed?
Your deposits in your Boost4 pocket are insured for up to S$100,000 under the Deposit Insurance Scheme, but your GXS Invest holdings carry no insurance or guarantees.
• GXS Invest is an investment product where your principal is subject to market risks and fluctuations.
• Only Singapore dollar deposits in GXS Savings Account and its pockets are covered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation.
What happens if my total savings account balance drops after opening my Boost4 pocket?
If your total combined GXS Savings Account balance drops below what it was on the day you opened your Boost4 pocket, you will fail the Save Requirement and forfeit your cashback.
• You must maintain a total combined balance (including your Main Account, Saving Pockets, and all Boost Pockets) that is equal to or greater than your balance on the pocket's opening date.
• Withdrawing money from other pockets or your Main Account during the four-month tenure can disqualify you even if the Boost4 pocket itself remains untouched.
Can I use the proceeds from selling my existing GXS Invest funds to buy the eligible funds for this campaign?
No, you cannot use the sale proceeds of any eligible fund holdings held as of 31 August 2026 to make your campaign investments.
• The campaign requires an incremental investment, which is measured as your net new investment amount after deducting any withdrawals or sell orders during the Campaign Period.
• Selling existing holdings to buy them back does not increase your net investment and will disqualify you.
