When will I receive my referral cashback reward and where will it be credited?
If you only hold a GXS FlexiLoan account, you will need to open a GXS Savings Account by 30 June 2025 in order to receive your cashback reward.
Cashback rewards will be credited in the following manner:
- For Referrers and Referees who are both GXS Savings Account and GXS FlexiLoan customers, cashback reward will be credited into the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account on or before 31 July 2025; and
- For Referrers and Referees who are GXS FlexiCard customers and do not maintain a GXS Savings Account, cashback reward will be credited into your GXS FlexiCard account on or before 31 July 2025.
