How do I remove my external bank account from eGIRO in my GXS app?

You can unlink an account that you have already linked to your GXS Savings Account through the GXS App via the following steps:

1. Log in to the GXS Mobile App.
2. Tap on ‘Me’ at the bottom right to access the user profile. Alternatively, you may tap in ‘Add Money’ and then tap on the Settings icon on the top right of the ‘Add Money’ screen.
3. Select the account that you want to unlink.
4. Tap on ‘Unlink’ at the bottom of the screen.
5. Complete the account unlinking on your linked bank’s portal.

Once you're done, you'll receive an email and a push notification.
