How do I relink my ‘Expired’ account from the eGIRO list?

Applicable to retail accounts only

Here's a simple guide on how to relink your expired account(s) from the eGIRO list via the following steps:

  1. Tap on the ‘Expired’ account that you want to relink.
  2. In the ‘Linking Expired’ bottomsheet, tap on ‘Relink Now’.
  3. Verify the selected Bank Account and tap on ‘Next’.
  4. You will be alerted that you are being redirected to the selected bank’s web page. Tap on ‘OK’
  5. Complete setting up your linked account on your selected bank’s portal.

As easy as that! An email and push notification will be sent to you to confirm the set-up.
