How do I relink my ‘Expired’ account from the eGIRO list?
Applicable to retail accounts only
Here's a simple guide on how to relink your expired account(s) from the eGIRO list via the following steps:
- Tap on the ‘Expired’ account that you want to relink.
- In the ‘Linking Expired’ bottomsheet, tap on ‘Relink Now’.
- Verify the selected Bank Account and tap on ‘Next’.
- You will be alerted that you are being redirected to the selected bank’s web page. Tap on ‘OK’
- Complete setting up your linked account on your selected bank’s portal.
As easy as that! An email and push notification will be sent to you to confirm the set-up.
