What should I do if the Singpass Face Verification is stuck on the loading screen?

If the Singpass Face Verification is stuck on the loading screen, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the issue.

For iOS users, here are some steps to follow:

  1. Tap on ‘Settings’
  2. Select ‘General’
  3. Select ‘Transfer’ or’ Reset Device’
  4. Select ‘Reset’
  5. Reset Network Settings
  6. Tap on ‘Location & Privacy’
