When can I place an order and when will it be processed?

You can place a Buy or Sell order on the GXS Bank app at a time of your convenience.

Orders placed before 3:30PM on a business day will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 3:30PM on a business day or orders received on a non-business day will be processed the next business day.

You can view the order status and estimated order completion date by tapping 'Transactions' on the GXS Invest home screen and selecting the relevant Buy or Sell order.
