When can I place an order and when will it be processed?

You can place a Buy or Sell order on the GXS Mobile App anytime at your convenience.

  • Each fund have their own respective cut-off time. (For more information on the funds' cut-off time, please refer to Question 11)

  • Orders (both Buy & Sell) placed before cut-off time on a business day will be processed on the same day.

  • Orders (both Buy & Sell) placed after cut-off time or on a non-business day will be processed the next business day.

You may also view the order status and estimated order completion date by tapping Transactions and selecting the relevant buy order.
