How do I check the statuses of my orders?

You may check the status of your order(s) with these following steps:

1. Log in to the GXS Bank app.
2. Proceed to the GXS Invest home screen. 
3. Tap on 'Transactions' at the bottom of the page.
4. Select the relevant transaction to view the order details and status.
