What does overlimit mean for my GXS FlexiCard?
Your GXS FlexiCard enters an overlimit state if the total outstanding balance, including unbilled amounts, exceeds your assigned credit limit.
The overlimit amount will be detailed in your statement of account and represents the balance that exceeds your credit limit. This amount must be repaid immediately.
Please note that the minimum payment amount set out in your statement will take into consideration the overlimit amount.
Scenario
Statement generation date: 22 October 2024
Current statement outstanding balance: S$495
Due date: 5 November 2024
On 28 October 2024, your FlexiCard account incurred a charge of $37.50 that went through and this exceeded the credit limit by S$32.50. This overlimit amount of S$32.50 will be added to your outstanding balance, but the overspent amount has to be paid immediately.
