Why did I not receive my rewards for my FlexiCard?
You may not receive a reward if your transaction falls under the exclusions list or if crediting the reward exceeds your excess balance limit. Excluded transactions include Grab transactions in Singapore, wallet top ups, remittance services, gambling providers, and charitable organisations.
