How do I replace my physical GXS FlexiCard?

Replacing your GXS FlexiCard is easy. Best of all, a replacement comes with no charge.

To request for a new physical GXS FlexiCard, you'll first have to cancel your physical card. Here's how:

1. Log in to the GXS Bank app.
2. On the GXS FlexiCard homescreen, tap on 'Manage'.
3. Select 'Cancel Card'.
4. Select 'Cancel’ again to confirm.
5. Once your card is successfully canceled, tap 'Yes' to create a new GXS FlexiCard.
