How do I pay my GXS FlexiCard bills?

You can pay your GXS FlexiCard bill via the following method(s):

1. Using your GXS Savings Account to pay via the GXS Bank app:
   • On the GXS FlexiCard homescreen, click on 'Pay Due'
   • Select the amount you'd like to repay
   • Choose 'GXS Savings Account' as your payment method
   • Review your payment details and click 'Confirm & Pay'
2. Using an external bank account to pay with FAST transfer:
   • Log in to the GXS Bank app to check your GXS FlexiCard bill outstanding amount and retrieve your card number
   • Proceed to your external bank app/online banking platform to perform a FAST transfer to your GXS FlexiCard account number
   • Ensure you choose FAST payment to a bank account, not credit card account.
   • Enter your 16-digit GXS FlexiCard number in the bank account field

Note: FAST transfers are almost instantaneous!
