How do I request for a fee waiver for my GXS FlexiCard?

There are two ways to request a GXS FlexiCard fee waiver:

  1. Via the GXS Help Centre:
    • Log in to the GXS Bank app
    • Navigate to the GXS Help Centre and tap on 'Get help'
    • Select 'Contact us via email'
    • Choose 'Fee waiver', specify the fee type, and provide a reason for the waiver
    • Tap 'Submit request'
  2. Via GXS FlexiCard transaction history:
    • Log in to the GXS Bank app
    • Navigate to your transaction history
    • Select the transaction for which you want a fee waiver
    • Tap on 'Get help', then 'Contact us via email'
    • Choose 'Fee waiver', specify the fee type, and provide a reason for the waiver
    • Tap 'Submit request'

The outcome of your waiver request will be known immediately.
