I have a virtual GXS Debit Card. How do I request for a physical one?

You can request for a physical GXS Debit Card on the GXS app. To do so:

1. On the home screen, tap on the debit card icon beside your GXS Savings Account balance.
2. Click on 'Order physical card'.
3. If you need to, update your mailing address. Then tap 'Send My Card'.
4. Your newly minted card will be with you in 5 working days!

Do note that your virtual and physical GXS Debit Card will bear the same card number.
