How do I replace my GXS Debit Card?

Replacing your GXS Debit Card is free. To request for a new physical card, you'll have to cancel your current virtual and physical cards. Here's how:

1. On the GXS Bank app home screen, click on the Debit Card debit card icon by your GXS Savings Account balance.
2. Tap on 'Settings'.
3. Tap on 'Manage Card'.
4. Select 'Cancel card'.
5. Select 'Cancel card' again to confirm.
6. Once your card is successfully cancelled, tap 'Yes' to create a new GXS Debit Card card.
