I did not receive my refund from my GXS Debit Card transaction. What should I do?

You may not have received the refunds due to the following reasons:

Refunds have to be processed by the merchants before they're refunded to the Main Account of your GXS Savings Account. If you're due for a refund and it isn't showing in your account, please reach out to the merchant for more assistance.
