How do I register / deregister for PayNow?

You can manage your PayNow registration directly through the GXS Bank app.

Registration Steps:
1. Log in to the GXS Bank app and navigate to 'Me'.
2. Select 'Manage PayNow' under 'My Account'.
3. Choose your identifier: Mobile Number or NRIC.
4. Review your full legal name and select 'Confirm'. Other users will only see a partially hidden version of your name when searching for your identifier.

Deregistration Steps:
1. Navigate to 'Manage PayNow' via the 'Me' tab.
2. Identify the registered identifier (NRIC or Mobile Number) you wish to remove.
3. Tap the three dots next to the identifier.
4. Select 'Deregister' and confirm by clicking 'Yes'.
