How do I add a Favourite recipient for my GXS Biz Account?
You can Add Favourite from your recent recipient list.
1. Open your GXS Bank app,
2. Tap on "Send Money" on the top bar
3. If you have previously completed a transaction, you will see your recipient in the recent list
4. Tap on "⭐" to add as a Favourite recipient
5. Edit your recipient's nickname.
6. You may be prompted to complete additional verification for added security of your account.
Once the addition of your Favourite recipient is successful, you will receive an in-app notification as confirmation of the addition.
