I’ve lost my phone, what should I do?

Firstly, oh no! But don't panic. If you log in to the GXS Bank app on your new device, we will automatically deregister the app from your lost phone.

If you can't log in to the GXS Bank app on a new device, you can suspend your account by calling us:

  1. Call us at (+65) 3105 2055.
  2. To suspend your account immediately through our voice automated system, press '1' - Verify your NRIC and phone number.
  3. To suspend your account by speaking to us, press '2' - One of our agents will be with you shortly.
