I received funds from transactions that I don't recognise or think are erroneous. What should I do?

You can report this to us via:

  • GXS Bank app, Help Centre: Submit an enquiry
  • GXS Hotline: 1800 866 6685 or (+65) 6866 6685 (from overseas)

We will try our best to reach out to the sending bank. Should the sender's bank contact us to retrieve the funds from your account, you are obligated to do so.
