I’d like to report an unauthorised / erroneous transaction. How should I proceed?

To make a report, please reach out to us at:

We would need details such as:

  • Recipient name
  • Recipient’s account number
  • Transaction amount
  • Transaction date and time
  • Any comments entered in the transaction notes

Please make a police report if you’ve encountered a fraud or scam. We may ask you to file a police report to facilitate our investigation.
