There was a transaction failure during two factor (2FA) authentication. How do I resolve this issue?
If a two factor authentication is needed for a transfer, the GXS Bank app will prompt you to complete the authentication. Don’t worry, your transaction will not go through if this fails. Please reach out to us if you’re facing issues with the 2FA via the following channels:
