I just changed my phone but I can't access the GXS app. What should I do?
For your security, we've ensured that your GXS account is registered with only one device at any time. When you log into the GXS app on a new device for the first time, you will be prompted to verify your identity via SingPass. Your old device will automatically be deregistered from your account. If you're using a new iPhone and restored your backup, please uninstall and redownload the GXS app. Your new iPhone will be registered with your account after you log in with SingPass.
