How do I open a GXS Savings Account?

Simply download the GXS app, launch it and we will guide you the rest of the way. You'll need to:

• Be at least 16 years old,
• Have a residential address in Singapore,
• Have a valid visa e.g. Dependant’s Pass (DP), Employment Pass (EP), Work Permit, and
• Have a Singpass Myinfo account.

If we require additional documents, we will email you or send you a notification on the GXS app.

Your GXS Savings Account will be opened shortly after your documents have been reviewed and approved. We would like to share that your deposits with GXS bank are aggregated and insured up to S$100,000 by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC).
