Can Money Lock feature be used to secure all funds in my GXS Savings Account?

At the moment, only funds in your Saving or Boost Pocket(s) can be locked. 

To lock your funds, simply create a new Saving Pocket or Boost Pocket, or add more money to an existing locked Saving Pocket from your Main Account. Here’s how:

Create a new Saving or Boost Pocket
1. Log in to GXS Bank app.
2. Tap on ‘Pockets'.
3. Under 'Create Pocket', select ‘Saving Pocket' or 'Boost Pocket'
4. Tap on 'Create Now’ and follow the guided instructions.
5. Once you have confirmed and created the Saving or Boost Pocket amount, tap on ‘Settings’.
6. Tap on ‘Enable Money Lock’ and select ‘Confirm’ to proceed. 

Add funds to an existing Saving Pocket
1. Log in to GXS Bank app.
2. Tap on your Saving Pocket.
3. Tap on ‘+ Fund’.
4. Key in the amount you would like to add.
5. Once you confirm, you will see the following message ‘Your newly added funds will be locked’.

You will receive a push and email  notification once the lock is successful.

Do note that the lock is immediate, and unlocking the Money Lock feature will require a successful video verification.
