How do I make my monthly repayments?

Upcoming due repayment amount will be reflected in the GXS app 7 days before your due date and your monthly repayments can be done on the GXS app via the following method(s): 

Using your GXS Savings Account to repay:

1. On your GXS FlexiCredit home screen, tap into the "Pay" button.
2. Select the amount you'd like to repay. You can choose between:

• The minimum due amount for the cycle; 
• The total due for the cycle; or 
• The total outstanding balance. 

 3. Select to repay with 'GXS Savings Account'.

 4. Review your repayment details and click 'Confirm & Pay'.

Using a third-party bank account to repay:

1. On your GXS FlexiCredit home screen, tap into the "Pay" button. 
2. Select the amount you'd like to repay. You can choose between:

• The minimum due amount for the cycle; 
• The total due for the cycle; or 
• The total outstanding balance. 

 3. Select to repay with 'Other Bank'.

 4. Review your repayment details and click 'Confirm & Get Instructions'.

 5. Proceed to your debiting third-party bank account to perform a FAST transfer to your GXS FlexiLoan account number. Be mindful to key in the exact amount of your instruction.

Pro tip: Set up your GXS FlexiLoan account with your third-party bank account before your due date, as some banks have a cool-down period before allowing transfers.

Here's how to set up your GXS FlexiLoan account:

1. On your GXS FlexiCredit home screen, select 'Manage'
2. Tap 'Get Account Details', and you’ll see your GXS beneficiary name, account number, bank name, bank code, and branch code
3. Log in to your third-party bank account
4. In that bank account, key in your GXS FlexiLoan account details to save your GXS FlexiLoan account as a payee. You’re good to go!

Do note that any overdue loan amounts you have will need to be cleared before you can repay other loans.
