Who is eligible for the FlexiPay feature?

Eligibility for FlexiPay is generally determined based on your loan and repayment status. GXS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer FlexiPay for any Instalment Loan or to withdraw such an offer.

To be eligible, you should generally meet the following criteria:

• Be an existing GXS FlexiLoan customer with an active Instalment Loan.
• You do not have any outstanding fees or penal interest on your FlexiLoan account.
• Your loan is in good standing (e.g., not blocked from further drawdowns or in a pending/closed status).
• Your existing loan outstanding balance (principal plus accrued interest) being above a minimum required amount (e.g., S$30).
