How do I convert an existing Instalment Loan to FlexiPay?

If your Instalment Loan is eligible for conversion, you’ll see the option to convert in your app in your FlexiCredit dashboard by clicking "Get lower monthly minimum" at the bottom under the "Do more with your credit" section. You can also access this under the Manage section.

Select your eligible Instalment Loan, review the terms, and confirm the conversion.

Once you convert, you can’t reverse the change or go back to your original Instalment Loan plan and tenure so make sure it's the right fit for you!
