I got the message "Sorry! Your MyInfo details are incomplete." when applying for a GXS Savings Account. What information is needed and what should I do?

To open a GXS Savings Account, your personal information on Singpass Myinfo has to be accurate and up to date. 

Here are the details we'll need from your Singpass Myinfo to process your application:

  2. Name
  3. Hanyu Pinyin Name
  4. Alias Name
  5. Sex
  6. Registered Address
  7. Email
  8. Date of Birth
  9. Country / Place of Birth
  10. Nationality / Citizenship
  11. Occupation
  12. CPF Employers
  13. Employer’s Name
  14. Marital Status
  15. Pass Expiry Date
  16. Mobile Number
  17. Residential Status
  18. Pass Type
