How do I claim my cash prize?

In order to claim your cash prize, you must submit bills by 5:00pm on 5 February 2024 to itsonus@gxs.com.sg. A winner is able to submit up to 3 bills. You'll receive in cash the total amount of your submitted eligible bills, or S$3,000, whichever is lower.

For winners who opened a GXS FlexiLoan account between 1 November and 31 December 2023, the submitted bills must be dated within that duration too.

For winners who opened a GXS FlexiLoan account before 1 November 2023 and meet the criteria for the lucky draw, the bills must be dated between 1 May and 31 December 2023.
