Why does my Boost Pocket display the base interest rate instead of the promotional rate even after I participated in a campaign?

The GXS app interface displays the Base Interest Rate only. Promotional rates are processed as separate bonuses and are not reflected in the Boost Pocket rate display in your GXS app.

  • Display: The app interface shows the standard base rate for all users.

  • Tracking: Eligibility for promotional rates is automatically tracked once campaign criteria are met.

  • Payout: Bonus cashback is credited as a separate reward according to the specific campaign’s Terms and Conditions.
