Under what conditions will the reward be forfeited in the GXS Savings Account First Boost Campaign?

Participants in the GXS Savings Account First Boost Campaign will lose their entitlement to the cashback if they fail to maintain account standards or meet specific balance requirements.

  • Account Status: Your GXS Savings Account must remain active and in good standing until the point of cashback fulfillment.

  • Premature Closure: If you close your GXS Savings Account or fail to maintain the “First Boost” Boost Pocket until maturity, the cashback is forfeited.

  • Fresh Fund Definition: Funds transferred from existing GXS accounts (Main Account, Saving Pockets, or other Boost Pockets) are not considered Fresh Funds.

Clawback Provision: GXS Bank reserves the right to recover or deduct the cashback amount from your account if it determines requirements (such as Total Day End Balance) were not met.
