What actions will result in the forfeiture of my cashback in the GXS Savings Account BOOST25 Campaign?

The GXS Savings Account BOOST25 Campaign provides a S$25 reward to new customers between 13 May 2026 and 30 June 2026, but this reward can be forfeited or recovered if specific account requirements are not maintained.

Your cashback will be forfeited or clawed back if any of the following occur:

  • Early Account Closure: If you close your GXS Savings Account before the cashback is credited.

  • Early Pocket Closure: If you do not maintain the BOOST25 pocket until its 3-month maturity.

  • Renaming Existing Pockets: A renamed existing Boost Pocket does not qualify; it must be a newly created pocket.

  • Balance Reduction: If your Total Day End Balance falls below the level recorded on the day you opened the BOOST25 pocket at any time during the 3-month tenure.

Non-Fresh Funds: If the Bank determines the funds used were transferred from other GXS accounts rather than external "Fresh Funds".
