What actions will result in the forfeiture or clawback of rewards in the GXS Savings Account April Boost Campaign?
The GXS Savings Account April Boost Campaign (running 08 April 2026 to 20 April 2026 and extended from 21 April 2026 to 29 April 2026)) requires customers to maintain specific account conditions until the cashback is credited, or they will lose their eligibility.
-
Account Status and Closure: If your account is not active and/or not in good standing the reward is forfeited. If you close your GXS Savings Account before the cashback is credited, the reward is forfeited.
-
Early Withdrawal: Failing to maintain the "April Boost" pocket until its full maturity (3, 8, or 12 months) results in forfeiture.
-
Balance Drops: If your Total Day End Balance falls below the level it was at on the day you opened the April Boost pocket, or if your Total Day End Balance falls because you did not maintain the required Fresh Funds amount at any point during the campaign, you may become ineligible. This will not affect your balances in your Savings Account.
-
Naming Errors: Renaming an existing Boost Pocket to "April Boost" does not count; it must be a newly opened Boost Pocket that is named correctly as “April Boost”. Newly opened Boost Pocket that is spelt wrongly will not qualify for the cashback too.
-
Clawback Provision: GXS reserves the right to recover/deduct the cashback from your account if they later determine campaign requirements (like Total Day End Balance) were not met.
-
Extension of Campaign: Participation in the campaign extension (21 April 2026 – 29 April 2026) is only valid if a different tenure is selected from the one previously chosen during the initial period (8 April 2026 – 20 April 2026).
