SG61 Boost Campaign

What is the SG61 Campaign and do I need to name my pockets specifically?

To participate, you must place your deposits in a 12-month Boost Pocket and name it “SG61” or “sg61”.

When is the Campaign Period?

The campaign runs from 5 August to 18 August and is limited to the first 1,000 Eligible customers

Who is eligible to participate?

This exclusive campaign welcomes all new customers, as well as specially invited existing customers.

• New customers: Automatically qualify upon opening a new account.

• Existing customers: Qualify upon receiving a direct invitation from us. 

Are there any exclusions?

Yes, you cannot participate if you fall into any of the following categories:

• You did not receive a direct invitation from us about this campaign

• Your account is currently closed or blocked.

• Campaign not valid with other ongoing campaigns or promotion

What do I need to do to qualify for the reward?

You just need to follow a few simple steps to deposit fresh funds into a new pocket:

• Open a 12-month Boost Pocket and name it "SG61” or “sg61".

• Deposit fresh funds to earn $10 cashback for every incremental $10,000 block.

• New customers: Maintain the required Total Day End Balances for the entire 12 month duration to be equal or higher by a minimum of $10,000 to the day before SG61 pocket was opened

• Existing customers: Maintain the required Total Day End Balances for the entire 12 month duration to be equal or higher by a minimum of $10,000 of your total end of day balance recorded on 4 August 2026.

What is the definition of fresh funds?

Fresh funds refer to the incremental increase in your aggregate savings account balance.

• They must be new deposits, not funds transferred from any of your existing accounts with us (Main Account, Saving Pocket, or Boost Pocket). 

• For existing customers, Your total end of day balance recorded on 4 August 2026. 

• If you opened your account after 4 August 2026, your balance prior to the campaign will be considered as $0.

Is there a holding period?

Yes, you must maintain your funds to receive the reward.

• Keep the incremental balance in your 12-month Boost Pocket for its entire 12-month tenure.

When and how will I receive my reward?

• The cashback will be paid by 15 March 2027 

• It will be credited into your GXS Savings Account

Under what conditions will my reward be forfeited?

You might lose your eligibility for the cashback if you do not meet the holding conditions. This can happen due to:

• Closing your account before the cashback is credited.

• Making an early withdrawal from the qualifying Boost Pocket.

• Failing to maintain your account in good standing as per our general terms and conditions.

• Failure to meet the criteria of depositing Fresh Funds in the required Boost Pocket

• Incorrect naming of Boost Pocket

• Renaming an existing Boost Pocket

• Incorrect Boost Pocket tenures

How much Cashback will I be awarded? 

Your Cashback will be awarded based on the amount of Fresh Funds deposited into SG61, in the following manner:

Because this promotion requires participants to maintain their deposits, we will not have the final list of eligible customers until the holding period is confirmed. As long as you have met the initial criteria and keep your funds in place, you are on the right track!
