What actions will cause a customer to forfeit their GXS FlexiLoan AIYAH Campaign (Jan to Mar 2026) cashback?

Participants in the GXS FlexiLoan AIYAH Campaign (Jan to Mar 2026) will lose their remaining cashback entitlements if any of the following occur:

  • Early Repayment: You must not pay more than the scheduled monthly repayment amount during the first 12 months. Large ad-hoc payments or full settlements will disqualify you from the GXS FlexiLoan AIYAH Campaign.

  • Defaults: Any default on the "AIYAH" loan or any other loan under your GXS FlexiLoan account results in immediate forfeiture.

  • Account Closure: Closing your GXS FlexiLoan or GXS Savings Account before the 12-month crediting cycle is complete results in the loss of all pending cashback.

  • Information Changes: Material changes to the information provided during your application may lead to disqualification.

  • Compliance: Failure to adhere to the GXS FlexiLoan Terms and Conditions or Deposit Account Terms.
