Can I change my limit again while a cooling-off period is active?
Not just yet! While the cooling-off period is active, you will not be able to change your limit. Once the period ends, you are free to decrease your transfer limit anytime. If you want to increase your limit again, you will need to wait until the cooling-off period is over.
