I am trying to link my external bank account to my GXS Bank account for eGIRO services. Why am I seeing ‘Fund transfer unsuccessful’ and ‘Something went wrong. Please try again later’ error messages?

Our eGIRO services are temporarily unavailable. We are sorry for the inconvenience. 

During this interim period, please use these alternative methods to transfer funds to your GXS Savings Account:

  • FAST
  • PayNow
  • Intrabank (applies to GXS Savings Account only)
