How can I access my personal data?

Accessing your personal data is easy. Just log into your GXS app and click on your profile button. If you need to access other personal data, please contact us (GXS Customer Support Email: help@gxs.com.sg) with the following information and documents listed below:

1. Types of personal data, the data and time of requested data, and how the personal data was collected.
2. Reasons for the request.
3. Any preferred format and mode of receiving the requested personal data (e.g. email).
