How will the discontinuation of the GXS Bank integration on the Dash app affect my accounts and features starting 15 August 2026

Starting 15 August 2026, you will no longer be able to link or access your GXS Savings Account via the Dash app. The following features will be removed from the Dash app:

  • Linking your GXS Savings Account to your Dash account.

  • Updating the daily transaction limit for a linked GXS Savings Account.

  • Viewing linked GXS Savings Account details.

  • Sending money directly from your linked GXS Savings Account.

  • Topping up your Dash wallet using your GXS Savings Account. You can still top up your Dash Wallet using the PayNow feature within the Dash app.

  • Making QR payments directly from your linked GXS Savings Account.

There are no changes to your GXS Savings Account. Your funds remain secure, and you can continue to manage your account and access all standard banking features directly through the standalone GXS Bank app.
