If there is a change in shareholder or shareholding—meaning you are no longer the sole shareholder—please notify GXS Bank immediately.
Currently, GXS Biz Account and GXS FlexiLoan Biz are exclusively for single-director companies where the director and shareholder are the same person. If your company’s shareholder or shareholding changes, your company might no longer be eligible to maintain the accounts.
