I received a notification about a credit limit increase. What do I need to do?

You will be able to activate the credit limit review process by requesting for a credit limit increase via your GXS app. 

• Tap on ‘Increase credit limit’ in FlexiLoan > Manage
• Set your preferred credit limit, or allow the Bank to grant you the max allowable limit 
• Allow the retrieval of your information via Singpass for the Bank to access your details for the limit review 

You will be notified once the review is completed and your new limit granted. 

To ensure a smooth process, do ensure that your GXS app is minimally updated to app version 2.78.0.
