Why is my GXS Credit Card transaction showing as pending, and when will it clear?

A pending status means the merchant has authorized the amount but has not finalized the billing collection. Most transactions post within 7 days, but some can take longer. If a merchant fails to clear an authorization hold, the system will automatically remove the pending entry after 34 days.
